Vanessa is a Michigan native and recently relocated to Southwest Florida. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She continued her studies at Emory University attaining her Master of Science in Nursing in 2018. Upon graduation, Vanessa entered an Otolaryngology (ENT) practice expanding her knowledge base to include dermatologic conditions involving inside the ears, nose, and mouth. With a firm foundation dealing with a wide variety of illnesses, she is excited to pursue her love of dermatology. Her professional interests include skin cancer prevention, aesthetic medicine, acne, and psoriasis treatments. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurse’s Association Nurse Practitioner Society, Diversity in Dermatology and Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.
Vanessa is willing to help her patients with a wide array of presentations. Her compassionate and hard-working nature ensure that she is always working to provide the best possible care for her patients. Vanessa is excited to make Florida her forever home. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating and fishing, and spending time with her two dogs! Vanessa is thrilled to be a part of the Innovative Dermatology and Mohs Surgery team and eager to provide the best possible care for her patients.
